LOCATION:
The WVBBF takes place along the Willamette River at Island Park, Springfield OR.
It is a short drive from I-5. Click here for Google Maps
The festival will go on, rain or shine.

FESTIVAL HOURS:
Friday Aug. 3rd: Gates open at 4:30pm
Saturday Aug. 4th: Gates open at 1:00pm
TICKETS/ADMISSIONS:

Children 12 and younger get in free!
(when accompanied by an adult)
WHAT TO BRING:
- Photo I.D.

- Sunscreen/Hat
- Lawn Chairs: No Hi-backed or hi-legged Lawn chairs please.
The Festival will be packed so get there early for best seating.
- Chairs with legs less than 6” may be placed anywhere.
- Tarps/Blanket: (no bigger than 5’ X 8’, and please consider sharing your tarp or blanket if you’re not using all of it)
- Your Personal Camera
- Strollers are allowed
- Rain Gear (Festival goes on Rain or Shine)
- 3 cans of food for FOOD For Lane County!
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
- Coolers, water/soda bottles, cans, or food items (Unopened, factory-sealed water bottles are OK!)
- No Alcohol may be brought into the festival- Beer and Wine are available for purchase
- No Illegal Drugs
- No Unlicensed Vending
- No Professional Photo Equipment, Video Cameras or Video Recording Equipment
- No Frisbees
NO PETS! Please leave your pet at home, they are not allowed on the festival grounds. Do not leave your pet in your car or tied to your car! Exceptions; Service dogs with proper identification (vests) allowed.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Port-a-potties (and plenty of them) including ADA accessible.
- Lost & Found
- ATM (TBA)
- Credit Cards accepted at admissions and for purchase of beer tokens
- A wide variety of Food and Craft Vendors
- Beer and Wine available for purchase
PHOTO AND AUDIO RECORDING GUIDELINES:
Personal audio taping and photography at the festival is permitted, unless the performing artist requests otherwise. Recording devices must be self-contained (we do not provide AC outlets or patches to the soundboard). There is no designated area for taping or photos. Professional video or audio recordings are not allowed without express consent of the festival organizers and the Performers.
LOCAL ORDINANCES THAT WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED:
- Open alcohol containers (beer cans, bottles, etc.) are not allowed in the City of Springfield.
- You are not allowed to leave the festival with unconsumed beer or wine. Unopened bottles will be allowed to leave the grounds.
- Please be aware that sleeping in your vehicle on the streets of Springfield is illegal.
- Camping is not allowed in the parking lot of the Festival.
- Parking: We have a specific parking lot for the festival, just adjacent to the park. You are free to park wherever you can find a legal parking spot in Springfield.
- Handicap Parking/Facilities: A limited amount of handicap parking is available in the Island Park parking lot. The festival is wheelchair accessible and we provide a space in front of the sound booth for those in wheelchairs. Handicap port-a-potties are provided on the festival grounds.

Our Saturday night headliner, he ranks among the very best harp players, singers, and songwriters in the blues world today. Rick has also been nominated for the 2012 Blues Music Award nomination in the category of "Instrumentalist - Harmonica".
