Founders Mark and Mary Ann Beauchamp have created a welcoming atmosphere and from the basics of rice and beans, developed a menu balancing a combination of elemental foods with a light-hearted sense of fun.
Northwest Forest Conservancy (NFC) is a local, grassroots nonprofit corporation based in Clackamas County, Oregon. Our mission is to be an organization dedicated to then protection, restoration, education, and responsible management of the forest, all it contains, and all the lands and waters it influences.

Oregon pinot gris is one of the least-talked-about, best-value wines on the market today. Certainly you won’t hear much about it from Oregon wine producers, who don’t want to talk about anything but their precious pinot noir, which they can sell for much more money and which brings much more luster.

We brew with the finest organic base malt, in combination with top quality imported specialty malts and Northwest grown hops. On tap you will find at least 12, sometimes up to 14 of our own brews representing a fine spectrum of beer styles. On average we have a new beer on tap every 1-2 weeks, recreating classic styles and developing our own unique brews as well.

Ninkasi Brewing is located in Eugene, OR, and has been brewing high quality beers, in the Northwest style, since 2006. The Eugene location gives regional access to some of the highest quality brewing ingredients in the world, including pure cascade mountain water from the McKenzie River, Eugene's sole municipal water source, and hops from the Pacific Northwest. Our focus is on flavorful, balanced beers, and we enjoy what we do. We are solely a production brewery, which allows us to fully devote our resources to creating the best beer possible. Kona Brewing Company introduced Pacific Golden Ale (now called Big Wave Golden Ale) and Fire Rock Pale Ale to Hawaii in bottles and kegs on February 14, 1995. Longboard Island Lager was added three years later.
